Yup, that about sums it up. I don't have 110 #'s in me this week. Looks like it's all technique, learning how to keep my shoulders back and butt down, so I can actually extend my hips and get under the bar. Worked with Glenn at 95#'s today, and it got much better. Pretty cool to work the weight at 95#'s. That used to be a 1RM. So for now, I'll take my PR from Thursday night, 100#'s. And will work my ass off this year, now that I will actually have time to do so. So excited. Stay tuned....
